John has been a godsend! We met him only over the phone during our first visit to North Carolina in 2023. We briefly spoke about a few properties that interested us but we couldn't connect. A few months went by and as luck or fate would have it John reached out to us to see if we were still interested in seeing property in NC. We exchanged a few homes that interested us and the rest is history! We purchased a home in November of '23 and without John's expertise, experience and assistance it would not have been possible! We closed in 30 days and John supervised and arranged all of the necessary inspections required to make it happen! He has also become what my wife and I consider a dear friend whom we hope to grow closer to as we eventually relocate to NC in the not too distant future.
