I believe that timing is everything and it is imperative to keep learning in this business. I believe that effective negotiation skills are very important in the real estate profession. I am lucky to have this skill as it comes effortlessly to me. I also have a team that consists of experienced staff, managers, and associates that back me up to keep me efficient so I can best serve all my clients needs. A realtor needs to be market savvy and know how to use the available resources in this industry to be successful. I get the job done because of my unique abilities. Responded quickly to my initial contact and once I explained what I wanted to do, he explained what he thought best to do. We came to agreement and I turned the sale completely over to him. He had a full price offer in 3 days and we closed in a month. I don't believe there is anything more you could ask for in an agent. Very knowledgeable , easy to work with and keeps you informed.
