San Joaquin Valley is the gold of California and I am blessed to be able to sell real estate in California's Central Valley. What I can say about myself is that I eat, live, and breathe every aspect of the real estate market. I love what I do, and that makes me proud to say that I am a California REALTOR(R). I also have the Century 21 brand that is recognized across the nation and I have been selling real estate for the last 16 years. I believe that timing is everything and it is imperative to keep learning in this business. I believe that effective negotiation skills are very important in the real estate profession. I am lucky to have this skill as it comes effortlessly to me. I also have a team that consists of experienced staff, managers, and associates that back me up to keep me efficient so I can best serve all my clients needs. A realtor needs to be market savvy and know how to use the available resources in this industry to be successful. I get the job done because of my unique abilities. Responded quickly to my initial contact and once I explained what I wanted to do, he explained what he thought best to do. We came to agreement and I turned the sale completely over to him.
