One of the BEST! I am so elated that I connected to Mrs. Claire Williams. I met her in September of 2021. I am veteran and I was seeking to capitalize on my option to utilize my VA Loan option. From the point of our first meeting, Claire explained the Comparative Market Analysis to down to what would be Home Depot repairs to what would be a red flag on properties. Claire literally mapped out the process and what to expect in a diagram. By the time I took the Home buyers class, I was able to whiz through some questions on the test because of the knowledge I already possessed from Claire. I was so impressed with our first encounter that I contacted my son and told him that I was going to give him her number and visa versa. My son contacted me in April 2022 and stated, Mom, Mrs. Claire is the best. We are closing next week. Soon after this discussion on May 16, I contacted Claire. I explained that I needed to be out of my rental by 07/15. I would like to think that I was special but Im sure that all her clients feel special because of the work she exhibits in finding the perfect property for her clients. Claire told me, we are going to find you house and you will be closing by June 20. To be honest, I doubted that she would be able to pull this off. To my surprise, Claire found my perfect home and I closed on June 24. Not only did she find a house for me, but she also found a house for my son. I highly recommend Claire! Her attributes consist of being consistent in her efforts, very thorough, personable, and she will work hard on your behalf.
