I am a first time home buyer and have met through friends and family several realtors. I know me and knew what I wanted and needed out of a realtor. I needed someone to be on top of me for things and very prompt. I was prepared to go through as many as I needed to find a good one. Carianne was this and more. She made me have an open mind and even look at homes I didnt want. Im glad she did! Not only did I not originally want the home I bought, (because it was 1 bedroom short), but it was advertised wrong. When we went to look at it, it actually had the bedroom I needed and a pool! But what mattered most, was the care she put into helping me find a home that was gonna be great for me and my family. She asked questions that I didnt even know to ask. Told me things I should look for. Even showed me areas good for the kids. I knew then, I didnt have just a realtor, but a friend. She was so genuine, kind, funny, professional, loves her job, great personality, and just an all around good human being. Carianne works with you and your schedule. For future buys, the Gogan team, and Carianne will always and forever have my business. I couldnt be more happier with Carianne!
