She truly cares for her clients and makes sure you are getting the home that is right for you. Both Claire and Nicole were so amazingly responsive, kind and made sure we had the answer to every question. Claire's calming spirit and overwhelming knowledge gave us confidence and made our first home buying experience an absolute joy. Claire and Nicole are hands down the best Realtors around.

She doesn't inflate expectations and keeps all parties grounded throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the local market is second to none and her connections and relationships have obviously been groomed well over the years. I wouldn't recommend any other agent in the Davis market... and it's not even close.

She KNOWS the area, is a GREAT listener, has a deep UNDERSTANDING of contract law and is, by far, the BEST NEGOTIATOR I have ever encountered anywhere.1997: We purchased a home in Dixon, CA from a realtor in Vacaville. The first night we slept in that home we discussed selling it because of freeway noise. The Vacaville realtor knew our requirements but did not address the noise when we got emotionally attracted to the look of the home.1998: After having our home in Dixon listed with another realtor for many months, it was Claire who brought us a buyer. And it was Claire who listend to what we were looking for and helped us buy in Esparto.2001: Due to a corporate assignment we were off to Europe for 2 years. Claire sold the house in Esparto AND helped so much during a stressful process in preparing to leave the country.2003: When returning from Europe, Claire helped us buy a home in Winters, where we had always wanted to be.2005: The market was beginning to shift and we needed to sell the house in Winters so we would not loose money due to the major remodel we had done. Once again, there was Claire, she got the house sold.2011: I am currently in Escrow on a piece of property out of California. STILL Claire is helpful. She checked on local agents in the area and made a referral for me. She has answered my questions, copied and faxed documents from her office for me and been very supportive.

In fact, we'll be selling and buying again in a couple of years and have already begun discussions with her. She's responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and proactive. We strongly recommend Claire.

ZillowVERIFIEDI've run out of adjectives to describe Claire. (But Zillow has some of them, very impressive! Masterful! Immediate! Excellent!) Let me put it this way ... I wish everybody I knew was buying a house so that I could recommend her. She is phenomenal. Claire knows Davis. She knows real estate, she knows people, she knows painters and contractors and who to ask for toilet recommendations ... Claire Knows. Everything. She'll probably even give you restaurant suggestions if you ask. Claire is the kind of service provider you want at your side, particularly in this market. I had a very complex circumstance, and it was very frustrating at times (and frankly, I'm kind of a handful) but Claire always made me feel that I was more important than the sale, and was always looking out for my best interests. I cannot say enough good things about her, and if you are looking for a realtor and you happened upon this page... Lucky you. Your search is over. Go buy a lottery ticket
