Claire-Anne works tirelessly for her clients. There was no limit to the distance she would travel to show us homes (many an hour drive each way). We bought our retirement home with Claire-Ann in April 2020 and she currently selling our home within the Indianapolis city limits. She is a straight shooter and absolutely never pressures you. Claire is an excellent agent. I just recently purchased a home with her help for the SECOND time. She is always very responsive and works around the clock to help you find your new home. Both times I worked with Claire it was very much a seller's market, which can be very stressful. Claire was excellent about getting me into homes to view as soon as they hit the market. What I like most about Claire is that she is not overly pushy. She will never rush you nor try to push her preferences onto you. She will however offer you sound advise and keep you on track. When viewing a house she is very observant and will call things into question and make sure you consider any possible issues. I very much appreciated her work ethic, integrity and professionalism. Claire-Anne was great throughout the whole process. I sold a condo home that had some restrictions that definitely presented some challenges. I was also under a time crunch as my company was relocating me for another position. Even so, we still got a very good offer & closed on the sale within my requested time frame. I would definitely recommend Claire-Anne to anyone!
