1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Work with an Accredited Buyer Representative trained to negotiate the best deal for you! Also, be prepared with a pre-approval for financing to support your ability to buy.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Use a very experienced agent to market your home and negotiate the best deal for you. A seasoned agent has the ability to foresee potential problems and make the transaction flow smoothly from start to finish. Experience does not cost as much as it pays.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
1st-time buyers, short sale sellers, senior citizens, corporate relocations, new homes, and investors
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my clients literally begged me to take their listing at a price that was totally unrealistic for the market at that time. Buyers actually chuckled with dismay, when told the asking price. When it sold for almost full price for cash I was nervous as could be until it closed!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I obtained my real estate license just after finishing high school! Initially, I sold new homes for a local builder and then began selling pre-enjoyed homes in the re-sale market once I had gained confidence through product knowledge and familiarity of transactions.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My background in corporate relocations has aided most of my clients in obtaining the highest market value for their properties, with the least inconvenience to them.
