It was luck that we came across Cj. We were driving around looking at homes and was already at a home when he saw us on the road and asked if we needed help. He asked us to go ahead and come on in while he was waiting for another showing. He gave us his card and he began great communication from that day. He was very prompt in keeping us in the loop as he was searching for our home. Our first day of looking at homes with him we found the home we are currently in. We went under contract the same day and closed 30 days later on a new build. He was great help the whole process and made us feel like family- not just a client. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
