Worked for 6 months with another realtor to purchase our home. We put in many many offers but the realtor we had first was not all that good. When my family and I first started shopping for a home I had little knowledge of the ins and outs of the process. CJ was always patient, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He was always available for my questions and broke things down & made the process easy to understand. We always felt like a priority, there was never a time CJ told us he couldn?t do something or couldn?t make a showing, instead of saying ?I can?t do that time? he?d say something like ?I can do XYZ time instead?, just something small that shows he understands how to make his clients feel like they are top priority. CJ took the time to understand who we were as individuals & what we wanted in a family home to raise our new baby in. Because of that HE found us a home that checked every single box on our list, literally. We did not have to compromise anything & actually got more than we set out for & we owe that to CJ. Throughout the process I realized CJ GENUINELY cares about his clients & genuinely has your best interest at heart & will fight on your behalf if need be. We?re excited to be in our beautiful first home & couldn?t have done it without CJ. 100/10 recommend.
