I used Cinthia Darden from Engel & VA?lkers when I moved to Huntsville is December 2020. She contacted me through Zillow. It was an absolutely terrible experience. This was my 3rd home purchase and by far the worst realtor I've ever had. She made me sign a contract to work with her (huge red flag) and then proceeded to tell me she was having surgery. In the middle of a major home purchase you should NOT be taking on new clients of you can't be available. It was a nightmare. She was having other agents meet us to see houses and all sorts of weirdness. It to mention she did absolutely the opposite of what a realtor should do with a builder and never checked on our house status to make sure things were completed. We showed up to closing, which was a nightmare. Her gift was a $25 gift card. How unthoughtful. I still get gifts from my previous real estate agent in another state! He actually sent me a Christmas ornament with our new Alabama address... Cinthia did nothing. She was absolutely no help when it came to addressing any of our issues and I would never work with her again. It took me a long time to write this review because I was so upset for so long.
