My wife and I met Cindy when we began our journey to move from Virginia Beach, Virginia, to Medford Oregon. This was a huge undertaking with 18 month old twins and the current sellers market as well. I also had to find a new job, so the transition required a lot of attention in so many areas, on top of needing to find a home. I am the kind of person who requires information when I enter any transaction, and a lot of it. I expect attention to detail and I expect my questions to be answered correctly. I also expect the agent to be available and to respond in a reasonable amount of time. As you can read above, I have high expectations for a licensed agent who will represent me in (most likely) the most expensive purchase I will make, and you should also see that Cindy rates five stars in all categories. Cindy quickly became a part of my family, and was so incredibly gracious and understanding of our situation regarding the move and all of the stress and transitioning related to it. On top of these matters, I am a veteran, so I wanted to use my VA loan, which is the bane of offers in this market. Instead of discouraging me from using the type of financing I had earned, she doubled down on researching methods that would strengthen my offer within the parameters acceptable to the VA. Cindy worked with my wife as well, and devoted time to get to understand what my wife desired and what was important to her. I do not want to make this a long review, but I could write many more positive aspects. Cindy is professional, knowledgeable, available, incredibly positive, always responsive, and ready to go the extra mile when we needed it most.At the end of this, we ended up in a house that could not check off any more boxes than the one we are about to move into. Cindy stood by us from approximately October 2020 through the time we had an offer accepted, May 2021, and we are still in close contact.
