If you are buying OR selling a home I couldnt recommend a better agent than Cindy Rack. She served as part real estate agent, part therapist, part coach, and ultimately FRIEND. When I needed the confidence to begin the homebuying process Cindy was right there helping me the whole way. She even gave me the gentle nudge when I needed to get moving. A strong word of advice - if Cindy tells you to do something or get an inspector or have a professional look at it, JUST DO IT. She saved me a ton of money when a plumbing issue was discovered before closing.
