I finalize my purchase in August of 2020. During the worst of the pandemic, even with everything close and working nonstop over time, this was the smoothest purchase I've ever had. Cindy always went above and beyond to get the best possible deal on the perfect house. While working nights, if I couldn't leave work to get or turn in paperwork she would do it in a heartbeat. And not a single call I've made to Cindy goes to voicemail. Wouldn't change a single thing about the transaction, even to this day I get monthly reports about my property and any questions or doubts I my have are always answered. Cindy was phenomonal. She was completely invested and involved in the process the entire way and helped us with every obstacle and question we had. It was our first time buying a home and she worked extremely hard to make the process as smooth as possible and was actively communicating with all parties and keeping us informed. Regardless of whether youre a first time home buyer Or a pro at it, believe me you want Cindy to help you! Shes just so thorough with everything and she not there like other agents for the money. Shes there to get you your dream house! There were some houses that we looked at, that were on our higher price range which we were ok with, but shell go through the whole house details and the HVAC system and tell us its not a good house. Shes very personable and is available ALL the time! She just made the whole process so much easier for us.
