Jake is first and foremost a great person. He treats people with respect. We feel he went above and beyond taking care of aEUR~little things. In fact to juggle 3 homes, I needed to fly in to Asheville and he picked me up at the airport. The pictures he had taken really helped the sale. He was not pushy. He was good about laying out options and facts. The house sold in 5 days after the market took a significant downturn (my opinion as I am not an economist) I will say I chose him based on research regarding sales and reviews. I had never sold a house before, and ended being the Administer for my late sisters Estate. Sophia was very helpful in explaining everything to me about pricing, and the things I needed to do. After she got all my info about the house and property, she made some pictures and worked up what the posting would look like, and got my approval before she went public with the listing. I think we went public on a Thursday, and she was getting inquiries with a few hours. Sophia got 2 offers by Monday. The first offer was too low, but the second offer was the full advertised price, therefore I accepted. Sophia kept me informed from the beginning until the property closed. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend her.
