Cindy was born right here in the beautiful Brevard, North Carolina Mountains and is a native to the area she has extensive knowledge about what is here. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the area with her clients. Cindy is a graduate of the Transylvania County School System and recently served on the Transylvania County Board of Education from 2008 to 2016. She earned her Business Degree through Brevard College and also attended UNC-Asheville and Blue Ridge Community College. She is very active in her community as a business owner of Quebec Stowaway in Lake Toxaway. She is also the Owner/Broker of Petit Properties, Inc. Hunter helped us our family at every step of the way of our home buying process in Brevard. We did not live in the area so we counted on him to be our proxy aEUR" doing tours on our behalf and managing the logistics of a closing process, including overseeing all inspections. This was all the more crucial as our closing date was a week after Hurricane Helene struck the area and amidst all the chaos of the week, Hunter worked to make sure we could still hit our closing date. We are so grateful for Hunter's expertise in the area and the kindness that he showed our family amidst such a devastating time for western North Carolina. Highly recommend.

Cindy was wonderful to work with. She knows the market well, showed us everything we were interested in and took plenty of time in both the homes and the neighborhoods.
