Cindy was born right here in the beautiful Brevard, North Carolina Mountains and is a native to the area she has extensive knowledge about what is here. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the area with her clients. Cindy is a graduate of the Transylvania County School System and recently served on the Transylvania County Board of Education from 2008 to 2016. She earned her Business Degree through Brevard College and also attended UNC-Asheville and Blue Ridge Community College. She is very active in her community as a business owner of Quebec Stowaway in Lake Toxaway. She is also the Owner/Broker of Petit Properties, Inc.
