Cindi helped us to prepare our house for showing as well has brought numerous comps to our house and explained the strengths and differences between the various comps. This enabled us to arrive at a fair market price for our home. Our home was listed on Friday evening at 6:00 PM and we had two showings on Saturday around noon with each showing offering a contract. Cindi helped guide us through entire process without a hitch.
