For context, I'm 28 this was my first time going through the home buying process. I got connected with Cindy through a family friend. The TLDR (too long didn't read) is that Cindy is a paragon of professionalism and I couldn't recommend her enough. Look, if you're looking for a Realtor in Fort Wayne or nearby, your search is over. I'll explain why. Here's what Cindy did for me: - Educated me. - Coached me through each stage of the process and offered me very patient and pragmatic advice when an offer didn't go my way. She clearly knew her stuff, but also listened when I made suggestions. - She was sincerely concerned about my experience and did everything she could to help me through the aches and pains inherent in buying a home. (This meant a phone call around 9pm as I grieved not getting an offer accepted). - She was ALWAYS on time to our appointments - An excellent communicator and was very responsive. Texts, emails, calls - she was quick to respond (even on weekends) - Connected me with multiple Mortgage Loan options - Listened to me and constantly pivoted with my changing requests and tastes for different areas, price ranges, and "must-haves" for my home - Offered me tailored advice and information just for me, that was personal to my inquiries and questions. I.e. She wasn't a robot, she was candid and human. - She was extremely supportive. Not once did I detect anything dishonest, impatient, or callous. Just genuine courtesy. Lastly, on the day I closed, Cindy offered me a little housewarming present with a few thoughtful goodies and a beautiful, hand-painted portrait of the facade of my new house. She painted it! She is a living masterclass of customer service. Thank you, Cindy.
