Being a first time homebuyer I was worried about the process of buying a home however, Cindy and the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate made the process very simple and enlightening as they walked me through each step. When I first went to their office I was unsure about where I wanted to live and the price range that I could actually afford but by the time I left I knew exactly which home I wanted to buy. Cindy had multiple properties picked out based off of my work location and my own requirements with cost sheets for each that showed the predicted closing costs, fees and monthly expenses for the property. They were there when I needed them and answered any questions I had while working around my schedule. Having a mortgage lender and closing service in house made it so that I never had to go anywhere except the Better Homes and Gardens office. Bad communicator. Although he seems to have nice negotiation skills he's extremely bad when it comes to communicating, and everything takes so long. Every simple step becomes a whole process, and when anything goes a little wrong he's nowhere to be found. My advice is to stay away from Joshua armor and find someone that is not afraid to communicate and is willing to get things done. With Joshua nothing gets done. I now give up on trying to buy the property which I was trying to buy for the past month. At first I was told the bank would accept my line of credit, eventually they did not and now even when I have cash he's nowhere to be found ignores my calls or messages. Stay away and go look for the better agent.
