About Cindi Couture

We are a mom and daughter real estate team, and as lifelong residents of the Seacoast NH area, we are proud to call this our home. We love the season changes here and it's great being so close to the lakes, mountains and the ocean. Helping families transition from one home to another has become something we truly enjoy. Whether it's first time home buyers, families relocating into or out of this area, or maybe just some other kind of life changing situation, we pride ourselves in working very hard for those who choose to work with us. We are dedicated, full-time Realtors who will give you the time and efforts needed to walk you through a smooth buying or selling process. We have no other jobs, this is it, so we can represent you and your property with full dedication. For the last 25 years we have resided in Dover, watching the city change and grow. There's something for everyone here, no matter what the time of year! Our entire seacoast area is so unique and ever-changing. It's great to share that with new-comers! We have experience with new construction, relocation clients, investment properties, existing home sales as well as short sales and foreclosures. There's always something new to learn and that certainly keeps things interesting for us. Over the years we have gained some great friendships with both clients and fellow Realtors. Those friendships have proven to be very important to us and we value each and every one. My husband and I started the home buying journey in early 2021 with a lease about to end and a naive expectation that we'd find a house pretty immediately. For anyone that has braved the housing market as a first time homebuyer this year, you're welcome to laugh at us. We were very lucky to have Cindi and Becca on our team. They both provided us with a realistic expectation of the market, while also keeping our spirits high, and working incredibly hard to find a good fit home for us. I cannot even recall the number of Saturday mornings that we spent together in line outside of an open house in the cold, but I'm incredibly grateful for all of them. Our only goal was to find a home within our budget before our lease ended so that we could move in and get a dog. We're now a few months out from being fully moved in, we recommend this amazing duo to every person exploring the idea of buying a house, and we pick up our dog in three weeks!

I've bought and sold a few places with Cindi over the last several years and I have only good things to say about her. She's hard working, responsive, and will fight for you. But she's not just a pit-bull for hire, we've developed a relationship over this time where we have some funny stories to share, things we can commiserate about, and we wish the best for each other.
