Cindee and Michael was an asset to your real estate team. Very hard working and responsive. They are very engaged with every part of home buy and sell. They go out of their way to be the liaison between us and various realtors. They're very hands-on on in every step of the process. The Cindee and Michael team is amazing!!! From the first day we started working with Michael, the process was easy and we truly felt he understood our needs. Our situation was unique and we needed to get into a house fast without feeling like we had to compromise. This was also our first purchase of a home, so we had A LOT of questions. Cindee helped us sell our condo in Orange this year, and did a great job marketing the home and got us into escrow within 2-3 weeks. Her knowledge of the end-to-end process, and her connections to lenders and title are a great asset, and helped our transaction move ahead quickly. Unfortunately, my wife and I are very detail oriented people and like a lot of communication with our transactions, and on this count Cindee didn't always deliver. As an example I asked her several times to provide daily updates on the number of showings we were doing and any offers we got. I never received a single report or text fulfilling this request. Subsequent requests were acknowledged, but the reports never materialized. I'm happy with the outcome (she sold our condo!) but would have liked for her to be much more engaged in the areas of daily and weekly communication. All-up, Cindee is a confident seller with a plethora of resources at her disposal. She WILL get your house sold.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Take the time to understand the buying process and understanding the market you are in. A trusted local professional will be able to guide you thought the process from beginning to end.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

There are multiple areas you need to be successful in, in order to achieve the highest market price in the shortest amount of time. The market is always changing and it is important to know which type of market you are in and where to find the perfect buyer for your home.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have personally worked with a wide range of clients, from first time home buyers to experienced investors. When it comes to selling homes, I have sold multi-million dollar properties to mobile homes. Each client is different and I take special pride in walking though my clients every step of the way.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

On of my recent transaction was a first time home buyer I had been working with for over a year as they prepared for their home buying experience. I walked them through the process and helped them meet with a lender who could put them on a success path to home ownership. Once we found them their perfect home, we went through the escrow process and when we closed, they were so excited to be homeowners and I was so thrilled to be the one to guide them through the process. I now consider them friends.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started in real estate at a young age as I was always drawn to the industry. It didn't take long for me to realize what I did was very important and it was even more important I created systems that would make my clients experience and results very successful.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

For some time now I have been a Certified Residential Specialist which is a certification only 1% of real estate agents nationally hold. It takes experience and extensive selling record to qualify for such a certification. I believe this certification shows my clients I am able to guide them through buying and/or selling in the most successful way possible.
