ZillowVERIFIEDNot a big fan (at all) working very briefly with Cimi. I reserved a vacation rental of hers. And when I asked about safety regarding covid (ex: if my family was unable to travel last minute bc we contracted covid) she told us we should get travel insurance (so she could get paid obviously) and she wasn?t going to ?hold up her calendar for guests that are not committed to take necessary precautions? all I wanted was to have some assurance that if something bad happened she would work with us. She was passive aggressive and in my opinion a bit heartless given that it?s a pandemic and there is so much uncertainty in the word right now. I have not traveled in over two years bc of covid- I don?t even go to the grocery store... and we are vaccinated. But her responses were cold and judgmental. She then cancelled the trip we paid for immediately bc I told her I felt she was insulting and that I said it was kind of crazy to not work with families during a pandemic (again this is all hypothetical I didn?t try and cancel I just wanted to know what our options were). So now we have to find a new place to stay. Such a bummer to deal with people who don?t take the stress of a pandemic and what it does to families seriously and would rather make money.
