Right away he was personable and made us feel at ease as first time home buyers and learning how everything worked. He was incredibly communicative. Anytime we messaged him he got back to us very quickly. I never felt like I was waiting or confused. He answered all our questions (no matter how many)! When I sent him a list of houses I wanted to see he immediately got in contact with their agent and set up viewings. He gave great advice when we were on the fence, but didn't try to sway us, he just helped. He took care of all the paperwork which was amazing because that is the most daunting part, and was great about advocating for us. In the end, we found a house we loved and he recommended a great inspector that was very thorough. Everything went smoothly. He was with us from start to finish which is wonderful having that kind of support when making such a big decision. There were so many moving parts and he navigated them with us expertly. Chun was always responsive to my questions and updates on houses that I was interested in touring. When I arrived in Oregon to look at houses, Chun had made the arrangements to look at several houses as well as a few more than showed potential. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the area. He also noticed positives and negatives in houses that I had overlooked.
