Chun assisted me to purchase a house in Keizer. As I was moving from out of state, most of the communication was handled with emails and text messages. Chun was always responsive to my questions and updates on houses that I was interested in touring. When I arrived in Oregon to look at houses, Chun had made the arrangements to look at several houses as well as a few more than showed potential. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the area. He also noticed positives and negatives in houses that I had overlooked. Again, being out of state, when the house closed, Chun coordinated with my daughter that lives in the area to do final walk-thru of the house. my husband and I decided that we were going to buy our first home we were indecisive because of the pricing on things nowadays so I reached out to Chun to see what was on the market to see if it would be something that we wanted to go forward with. Chun was super down to earth with us understood all of our concerns was not super pushy with anything just explained to all of his knowledge that he could for any question or concern that we had.when talking to friends that had previously purchased a house( not with Chun) that was one thing we were warned about is the realtor was super pushy with things, honestly deterred us for a long time on reaching out to anybody to buy a house so when we actually did, he was extremely knowledgeable and informational on anything that we had asked he has showed us quite a few houses and nothing caught our eye he was extremely patient with us and asked questions on what we were interested in. I literally spent hours looking through houses that he had sent debating which ones we wanted to see and anytime that we wanted to go look at one he always made time to make sure that we were able to do a walk-through. I walked through one house, They had a tiny bar in the corner, and I asked if the house came with that he laughed and said I can ask them. Hahahah. When we had found the house that we moved into we had never been through the process before so we had no idea on any of it. We threw out ideas and he was very helpful with different ideas on what we could negotiate on during closing. it was always about what we could afford with what we wanted. I remember him repeating and dont get into something that you cant afford. It meant a lot to me because a lot of people would just worry about their money so thank you Chun we appreciate you our goal is to buy another house. We will definitely go through you . You are the first person I mentioned when somebodys talking about buying a house and I tell them they wont be a disappointed thank you again. Look forward to working with you again
