The advice I can give for a seller trying to sell their home is to make sure you have a nice welcoming curb appeal. Stage the inside for success make this clutter free and give it that model home look. Allow for open houses, agent walkthroughs and easy showings. Prepare for any negotiations. Remember choosing an experienced Realtor® your property should not go stale in the market and should have excellent professional photos and provide top-notch marketing skills. as well as excellent communication skills! (I am a PRO at all of the above and more and will be excited to help)

And before we knew it, he was moving into his new home, filled with gratitude. This experience reminded me that luck often finds us when we least expect it. As a realtor, it is my mission to unlock that luck for my clients and turn their dreams into reality. I have always known that real estate was in my blood, in some form or another. I started as a licensed general contractor. I've always had a passion for positively starting new and different things. That's why I decided to start a home sale preparation service, where I would offer advice to sellers on how to enhance their homes and get a better return when they sell. It was also an opportunity to do the work. It didn't take long for brokers and agents to find out about my service, and they started asking for my opinion on the homes they were getting ready to list. To expand my skills even further, I decided to continue my education in interior decoration and design, which proved to be a great asset for staging homes. After relocating from Maryland to Florida, I realized that it was the perfect time to fully immerse myself in the real estate industry.
