We are the classic military family, bought a house during the real estate boon around 2005, left said house within two years for the next duty station, suffered huge financial setbacks from said house for one reason or another, then discovered 13 years later that the Army had no intention of ever letting us go back to San Antonio, TX. Chuck updated me constantly with my options during every step of the home-selling process and Karina made sure that maintenance companies I hired to work on the home followed through and had access to what they needed. Selling a house wasnt easy, its just as difficult as buying one, but Keller-Williams knows what it means to be stuck between a rock and a hard place as a military family with an unwanted home. Lesley truly was a dream realtor with a wealth of knowledge of the San Antonio area. I am military and was purchasing a home in San Antonio while still stationed in Virginia. When we were getting ready to move here, I posted on a local military wives page about needing a realtor. I had many responses, but Samantha and Lindsay made me feel more like I was talking to a friend rather than a random realtor. I came early to surprise my mom with need that we were moving back home, and even though we weren't ready to choose a house, Samantha scheduled some showings so I could get a feel for the area we were looking at and surprise my mama with the news. When we came back to really house hunt, she was great and was very patient with us as we are very indecisive. This review is WELL OVERDUE!! I RARELY leave reviews, but this one is an absolute MUST. My husband and I PCSd from the MidWest last summer to San Antonio. First we were working with a relator that was very helpful, but due to unforeseen circumstances, she had to move out of the state and couldnt finish assisting us in finding a home. This was a big deal to us because we wanted to have a home secured by the time we arrived to TX. Thats when Samantha Bengston came into play. She picked up right where the other lady left off and went above and beyond to help us find the rental property that we were looking for.
