ZillowVERIFIEDPlease listen to me friends. If you take my advise on anything, let it be choosing Christy Jolly as your realtor! My husband and I were relocating back to the Hub after 19 yrs in DFW and Christy spent so much time getting to know what we wanted and needed in a house that she made me completely comfortable buying simply from a FaceTime walk thru. I bought a half-built house without ever physically stepping foot on the property because I felt so confident in the work Christy had put forth for us. Never once in the couple of months of searching for properties did she ever try to oversale us. Now this is important! She could have easily showed me houses $10,000 to $20,000 over what we wanted to spend because we were approved for much more than we were comfortable spending. But Christy will not set you up to be house poor at the chance she could make more money. She wont do it. Let me remind you, this is how she pays her bills and feeds her family. But she will not put her integrity on the line for dollars. I could trust her with my future home wishes and she helped me tremendously with understanding the contract. She negotiated a deal for us during the huge sellers market frenzy of 2021 that we were so lucky to get. I have referred others to Christy who have ended up purchasing a home with her, and they too were 110% pleased. There isnt anyone on the South Plains more knowledgeable and kind hearted than Christy Jolly! You will not be disappointed!
