Our relationship with Christy began in March 2023. Being a recently retired military veteran, it took a while for documents from the VA etc. to be completed. Our first deal fell through as a result. Our second home, Christy was able to make sure the sellers had everything (documents) that I needed to present to the VA so there would be no issues with funding. She is knowledgeable in VA loans and she was able to follow through on things with the lender also. Christy Chandler and her broker were very misleading about the costs I the seller would have to pay on the day of closing. They used a bait and switch on selling my property. If you do business with them, read the fine print and don't accept the offer without final costs on paper you will have to pay...their business practices are very unprofessional. Christy Chandler didn't even come to the closing table. She didn't work for me, she worked for herself. I had two other properties to sell and I recommended a friend to her and she would have made even much more than ripping off a disabled veteran. Just beware that you could be taken advantage of.
