Christy went the extra mile time and time again to make sure the process of selling our home went as smoothly as possible. She treated us just like we were family. She handled everything with such compassion and professionalism. We did not have to worry about anything. The photographs and video of our home were exquisite and everything leading up to our closing was so organized and went so smoothly. We have bought and sold multiple homes and working with Christy was definitely well above any experience we had in the past. Highly recommend and will definitely use Christy in the future.

Christy did an outstanding job in selling our home. She is very knowledgeable about the residential real estate market and how to price a home for sale within the market. She used quality tools to market our home including her signage, printed material as well as the web based marketing. Her negotiating skills throughout the process were top notch, and she was totally available to us when needed. Results: We accepted a quality offer on our home the first day it went on the market. The process to close the sale after contract was also very smooth with Christy and her team leading us through each step in the process. I would highly recommend Christy and her team.
