Chris Williams Sold our home at a premium price on the first weekend of listing! He did exactly what he said he would do. Always followed through and tied up all loose ends.He got us a great deal on our new-build home in Cadence are of Henderson. He bargained for things I hadn?t even thought of. Got us one year paid HOA dues, bought down interest rate to 3.375% and all upgrades were at no charge!! You would think that a builder would give you a better deal if you don?t have a Realtor, no? they just make more money! When I got nervous, he was always available to talk, and assured me that things were going well. He was right!Chris already had family vacation plans right when my house deal was going through.
