Chris was Awesome! We were coming down from RI looking for an investment condo in the Orlando-Kissimmee area. I connected with Chris last minute and he was flexible and able to work me into his schedule on short notice. After showing us the properties we asked for, he was able to ascertain exactly what we were looking for. He set up additional showings at other properties, ultimately negotiating a deal on a fantastic property. Don't be worried about any vendors, contractors or professional needs. Chris has contacts from Title companies to HVAC technicians and everything in between. Chris made the entire transaction smooth even after we returned to RI and did everything remotely. We have bought and sold a few homes over the years and this last sale was the most difficult by far because of the buyer, their realtor and bank.
