He was not on top of things for me and my significant other. Chris was basically a set of keys to get into a house. He barely spoke while viewing a property, and when asked questions about the property he actually told us to talk to our mortgage lender. My fiancA(C) wanted to see the attic in one of the houses he took us to and his response was aEURoeseriously?aEUR? He was never on time meeting us and he would always say that he was going to send info to our emails and he NEVER did. He almost sold us a house in a flood zone, telling us that aEURoethe water probably didnt make it to the first floor.aEUR? While talking to locals and a new realtor, we learned that the water was almost to the second floor. He had NO interest in selling a house fairly to my significant other and myself. When we told him our price range of 30K-90K, he wrote down 80K-90K. He is not in this to help people find good homes and is totally self interested.
