Chris , MORE REALTORS, did an excellent job helping us sell and look for a property. Before chosing Chris we interviewed 2 other highly rated agents. In both cased the other agents wanted us to do updates and still suggested listing the property much lower than Chris did. Chris only advised us to declutter and listed much higher than either other agent suggested. We had multiple offers on the 1st day. During the whole process, Chris negotiated skillfully on our behalf, and never asked us to make concession to expediate the sale. Also him and his team were always available, and responded to all our questions. They showed us every property we requested to see. And they didn't just open the door. They carefully examined the property along with us.

I had a property in a very bad neighborhood that had been burglarized and shot up during a rolling gun battle. I needed to get rid of the property as no one felt safe there.I spoke with Chris and we put the house on the market in an effort to do a short sale. The neighborhood property values had declined terribly in 2008 and never recovered due to the crime. The mortgage badly underwater. Chris worked long and hard on the remarkably difficult process of the short sale. After months and months of effort, the lender approved the short sale, but the investor did not. So Chris suggested we try a deed in lieu. Once again, the investor rejected that. In the end, Chris was able to get a buyer to purchase the house and I had to put in money to offload it. The entire process took nearly 16 months and Chris was there by my side the whole time. I greatly appreciate his help and expertise in guiding me through this difficult situation. He could have easily thrown his hands up and walked away.I highly recommend Chris for any of your Realty needs. He will not let you down.
