As a first time home buyer Chris was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I were in a time crunch in buying a home and Chris made it happen in only a couple months. He was 110% devoted to making this happen for us. On top of it he is completely honest and will tell you like it is. If he saw something wrong with any houses we looked at he would let us know, he didn't sugar coat anything and that is exactly what we needed. He would rather take a loss on a sale than have us get into something that would have possibly become a money pit in our future. He was always available for us and he would always always get back to us right away if we needed to discuss anything with him. He went above and beyond for us, and even at the end when there became an issue at closing with something on the sellers end Chris not only remained 100% optimistic, he jumped through hoops for us and made it happen. Where do we even begin? Working with Chris has been one of the best experiences we have had in selling and buying a home! He really cares about his clients and definitely goes the extra mile. Chris communicated with us and kept us in the loop as things progressed in the process of selling our home, and purchasing another out of state. This was our first time moving from one state to another, and needless to say, it can be tricky coordinating closings in one state with the closing in another. I have known Chris Rapacioli for many years and couldnt imagine trusting anyone with something as important as handling the sale of my house to anyone else! It only took 3 days to get a great offer on my house that I was more than happy to accept.. not only was he available to answer or return my calls but actually went by and kept an eye on my property after I traveled across the country to spend time with my daughter...btw.. he lives about an hour away! We could not recommend Chris Rapacioli more! After over a year of looking in a very competitive market, Chris was nothing but patient, easy going and fun. If we ever had any questions or concerns about anything, Chris was always so helpful and available, and would even go out of his way and call us back while eating dinner with his family. After a year plus with another agent and not finding any luck, we switched to Chris and it was major change.Within less than a month we had made an offer and been accepted and on our way. He helped us get our house as a FHA first time buyer in about 3 weeks from P&S to close when it usually takes 5 to 6 weeks. He is a very personable person and you can tell very passionate about his career, his family, his sports, and his hobbies. This is the type of agent that you should want to represent you and your family. I think his knowledge of what needs to get done shows not only in just talking to him, but in that fact that my broker was very impressed with him. Things that my broker would think I have to remind Chris of this were already done. I know I am most likely leaving out something, but if i were to sell my house and a new one this would be my guy I would go to! I think if you are looking to buy or sell a house in Mass. or Rhode Island and you don't go with Chris than you are doing yourself a major disservice and might cost yourself the results you really want. Lastly this guy took my major distrust and dislike for real estate agents and turned it around after I had been let down buy numerous agents. So seriously don't waste your time running around town with other agents when Chris could have you running around for groceries for your bar-b-q in your new backyard. Thank you.
