There are not enough adjectives to fairly describe Chris. Knowledgeable, responsive, willing to deal with every curveball with a laugh, and above all trustworthy. As a first time home buyer Chris was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I were in a time crunch in buying a home and Chris made it happen in only a couple months. He was 110% devoted to making this happen for us. On top of it he is completely honest and will tell you like it is. If he saw something wrong with any houses we looked at he would let us know, he didn't sugar coat anything and that is exactly what we needed. He would rather take a loss on a sale than have us get into something that would have possibly become a money pit in our future. He was always available for us and he would always always get back to us right away if we needed to discuss anything with him. He went above and beyond for us, and even at the end when there became an issue at closing with something on the sellers end Chris not only remained 100% optimistic, he jumped through hoops for us and made it happen. If you want someone who is honest, caring for what YOU need, attentive, extremely nice and who has a passion for what they do then I highly recommend Chris as your real estate agent.

Where do we even begin? Working with Chris has been one of the best experiences we have had in selling and buying a home! He really cares about his clients and definitely goes the extra mile. Chris communicated with us and kept us in the loop as things progressed in the process of selling our home, and purchasing another out of state. This was our first time moving from one state to another, and needless to say, it can be tricky coordinating closings in one state with the closing in another. Yet, Chris helped us tremendously, and in the end, it was a very smooth transition. Our relationship with him was such that when it was all set and done, we felt as if we gained another friend. Never once did we worry that Chris was out for himself. He really took care to make sure that things worked out in our best interest. His advise overall was golden, and we cannot thank him enough. I have never been so happy to write a review! I recently decided to make a major move in my life which included selling my home. I have known Chris Rapacioli for many years and couldnt imagine trusting anyone with something as important as handling the sale of my house to anyone else! It was an easy decision because I know Chris is a man with immeasurable character, ethics, and professionalism. From day 1 Chris made sure that I understood the process step by step and that any questions I had were answered. It only took 3 days to get a great offer on my house that I was more than happy to accept.. not only was he available to answer or return my calls but actually went by and kept an eye on my property after I traveled across the country to spend time with my daughter...btw.. he lives about an hour away! He made what could have been a stressful time so easy. I never had to doubt for a minute that he was putting my interest above all else. Amazing!!! Thanks to Chris I am able to relax and enjoy my retirement with a nice little retirement fund!!!! I wish I there were more than 5 stars!
