We moved into our new home in North Wales on 8/20. That was all possible because of Chris Nelson. We met him because my mother-in-law stumbled upon his Lansdale video which helped us realize this area was perfect for our family. He encouraged us to hold fast to our resolve not to waive the inspection on the first home we bid way over on - and lost because we would not waive the inspection. We put a bid in on the second home we visited (that's right, two home viewings led to two bids). Chris negotiated a price BELOW asking WITH an inspection. We were thrilled!He introduced us to a great mortgage broker who made the entire process painless. This is our first home and we knew we needed a guide. His use of technology by utilizing videos to communicate with us made him stand out on our search for a buyers realtor right away. We confirmed that he was the one for us on our first showing. He was honest and responsive every step of the way. We appreciate that he pointed out flaws in the houses that we saw so that we knew what we were getting into. He helped us navigate this COVID-19 market and the highs and lows of a sellers market. He was there when we put bids in on homes with 20 plus offers and in the end it was his negotiating skills that got us a great deal on our first home which we love. And even when things did not go as planned with our settlement due to the mortgage company he went above and beyond for us and helped us navigate those waters as well.
