We are so thankful that we found Chris Kopf to help us purchase a home in Crested Butte. He knows the greater Crested Butte market better than anyone else, and also does an amazing job of tracking and presenting market data (ask him for a copy). Hes even written a book on buying a second home! Chris is intelligent and practical and, just as important, hes honest and transparent. We did much of the negotiating and vetting of the home remotely, and Chris was highly involved and responsive throughout the process. We are very happy with the second home we purchased with him, and we are now happy to call him a neighbor and a friend.

First for those that skim - We could not have been more thankful for Chris Kopf. What a wonderful agent, person, and experience does matter. You will not regret working with Chris. To that end, when we first approached Chris on our new to us now home, he was super helpful and very upfront with all the pertinent details needed to move forward here in Crested Butte. The decision on the purchase, was relegated to us asking to see the home numerous times. Even after all of that during a healthy snow season, Chris was there with a smile, accommodating and had answers or went back and got them. He even went into the dark crawlspace for us. Above and beyond knowledge of the real estate he is responsible for in my opinion is paramount and part of the profession. Afterwards, A few weeks later we decided it was a go for us and he made the transactions so seamless that frankly, we only needed to get ready to move. This has not always been our experience in this valley or in other locations. Thank You Chris!
