ZillowVERIFIEDChristopher was awesome!!! He gave me excellent advice throughout the experience that guided me towards my perfect home. When we made an offer on the house a cash buyer also made an offer at the same time which usually would knock me out of the running since I had a mortgage. Christopher suggested that a write a personalized letter to the owner explaining how important the house was to me and that I would love the home unlike the investor that was trying to get the home. Even though I was the riskier option for her she ended up accepting my offer because of the personal touch! On top of that we ran into several snags throughout the closing process which Christoper guided me through. He had another trusty professional to recommend for any problem I had which was amazing because I would probably have spent more money and time trying to locate my own people. I highly recommend him if you want someone who has your back and is highly motivated to get you the home of your dreams!

ZillowVERIFIEDWe hired Christopher to help sell our home. From the beginning he seemed knowledgeable and confident in the sell. He priced the house for more than we expected which we were thrilled with of course. However, things went downhill from there. When our house went active, the description wasn't changed from when we purchased the home and we had added things to the house. He was very hard to get ahold of. We got an offer on our house (which we were very pleased with numbers wise!) and he thought he had already told us but didn't. When they accepted our counter offer, he also thought he had told us but didn't. Communicating when showings were scheduled was a frustrating experience. One Saturday morning, he called to tell us about a viewing that day as the cars pulled into our driveway.During the inspection process, he didn't tell us about set inspection times until morning of when they had been set for a few days, even then it was the wrong time. He called twice thinking he was speaking to a different client. The title company couldn't get ahold of him so they started sending final breakdowns to us to approve so we could move forward with the sell on time. He didn't show up to closing, which wouldn't have been a big deal if he had given us a heads up or if he had told us when our correct time was to go sign papers. He said we had sold a house before so he figured we knew what to do, but this was the first time we've sold a house. Hes a nice guy and seems to be a good broker. He obviously has a good knowledge base to move houses but he was opening another location and far too busy to be the hands on realtor we were expecting. After closing he was open to hearing our concerns and we're thankful for that. He was genuinely apologetic and said he's try to improve for future clients. Overall we were disappointed in the experience and lack of guidance in selling our first home.
