Paul did an excellent job at guiding us through the process of buying a house. As first time home buyers it can all feel very overwhelming and confusing but Paul helped us each step of the way. With it being such a competitive market I feel like most realtors do not have your best interest in mind. There were a few houses we were unsure of on certain items and Paul gave us great advice. In one instance we were very unsure of what to do and he said he thought we could find something better in our price range and if it were him he would wait. Paul helped us negotiate a great deal and was always only a phone call/text away if we had any questions. I would highly recommend working with him, he is a realtor you know is in your corner to help you find the best place. He is very flexible at working with you to be able to go look at houses. As a household of 2 full time workers flexibility was a must for us and Paul went above and beyond meeting us in the evening often after a full day of work. Very thankful for such a wonderful house buying process and having someone so knowledgeable and kind to work with.
