The one word that best describes our experience working with Chris is "OUTSTANDING." My brother and I found Chris by reading through Zillow reviews- he was the top rated agent in the area of Long Island where we were selling my Mom's house. My Mom is 90 and I live out of state, so we needed someone who we could trust, was helpful, and who could provide practical and sound advice. Chris returned our call on a Sunday, and it was clear he understood the market -inside and out- based on his experience and past sales. He is very personable and supportive, and he was excellent explaining everything to my Mom who had never sold or bought a house before. He even took a day to drive to her assisted living apartment to pick up the signed contracts, and then drove them to her lawyer! He is also quite knowledgeable regarding the ins and outs of the marketplace which helped us get the most value for my Mom's house. On the first day of the listing, he had a line out the door of over 40 people, and we had many offers. We selected the top offer, and Chris worked with us to make it all happen with little effort on our part (other than us cleaning out the house). I have conducted several real estate deals over the last 2 years, and Chris was exceptional- from my experience he far exceeds a "typical" real estate agent. The best part of all, his fee was substantially less than every other agent I have worked with. If you need an agent, give him a call- you will not be disappointed!
