I have been working with Chris for the last couple months and can now happily say I am the proud owner of a condo I love. It goes without saying that Chris's help was instrumental in finding the right location - as a first time home buyer I went in relatively uninformed and relied on Chris to help guide me through various parts of the process. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my new home and owe that in large part to Chris's efforts. One thing in particular I want to highlight, and the reason I ended up working with Chris to begin with, is because he doesn't sugar coat anything. One of the reasons I felt uneasy going in to the home buying process was that I was very wary of agents or sellers looking to leverage my lack of experience to secure a better deal somehow at my expense, whether that be paying the wrong price or ending up in a home that was misrepresented in some way. And I did get that feeling from a number of realtors I worked with before I met Chris. Chris, however, was straightforward and honest - he wasn't glossing over the less attractive qualities or infrastructural concerns of a property just to get to close. I passed on a number of properties largely due to concerns Chris had that he relayed to me, and I'm glad I did. I could go on but suffice it to say I couldn't be happier with my new home and I would whole-heartedly recommend Chris to any of my friends or family looking to buy a home.

Throughout the process Chris was patient, available, and highly knowledgeable. Chris really respected our budget, understood our vision, and always had our best interests at heart. The best agent you could ask for; he always answers your questions quickly and finds out the answer if he's unsure. Drove us around to multiple areas to make sure we really wanted to buy where we said we did (since we were moving from out of state). Even taking us somewhere he knew wouldn't be a good fit just so we could see it. He has an excellent sense of humor, which helps break up some of the more stressful moments of house buying and selling.

Chris was very helpful in gauging the severity of issues found in each home. His inspecting expertise gave me the on the spot info I wanted without having to waste time searching on the internet.
