I'm Christopher Germain, your key to Real Estate in Delta County, MI. I have been a REALTOR(R) since 2004. Since then I have taken a very active role in the Real Estate community. I am a member of the National, Michigan, and Upper Peninsula Association of REALTORS(R). I serve as a Director on the Delta County MLS Committee and am Past President of the Upper Peninsula REALTORS(R). I am also proud to be one of fourteen REALTORS(R) selected to be part of the inaugural class of the Michigan REALTORS(R) Leadership Academy. <br/> <br/>In 2007, I received the ABR(R) (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. In the same year, I also completed Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals. I continue to be dedicated to my education by taking several classes per year ranging from marketing, law, real estate updates, and more. <br/> <br/>Growing up, it was instilled on us that we always give back what we can. With that being said, I am deeply involved in my community.
