The First condo he showed me was 914 sqft! That was downsizing too much. We then started looking at larger condos, ranch-style houses, and duplexes. Stefan never gave up and never lost his patience with me while I like this but I don't like this comment. We did find my forever home in Valpo. I am quite happy here. Stefan also listed my house in Whiting and got a buyer offer above listing immediately. I have been extremely satisfied with Stefan through the months. And not only is he a professional knowledgeable realtor he's also a great friend.
