This house had recently come on the market and was priced reasonably, and Jay recommended that we move quickly to make an offer. He was correct - at the same time we made our offer, there was a competing offer and Jay's suggestions for our counteroffer made the difference of our counteroffer being accepted.Jay was always pleasant, energetic, and efficient. Jay was always reachable during the business day and business week, and whenever we tried to contact him after hours he returned our call or text as soon as possible. Jay understood the home purchase process intimately and whenever we had a question he wasn't personally familiar with, he researched our question thoroughly and came back with an answer. During our evaluation of the home, we wanted to return several times to check out various issues, and Jay was very accommodating to our needs.Jay was particularly valuable by having relationships with a number of trusted contractors that were willing to offer bids on short notice to aid us in formulating our offer and counteroffer.
