She was so personable and not only built a relationship with me, but my son and family as well. Sue provided exceptional assistance in helping me gather information about the current offers on the single-family home I'm interested in. My original agent mentioned that several offers had already been submitted today, but Zillow didnt provide any details about the offer deadline. Thanks to Sues connections, she was able to find out that the deadline is 7 PM this evening. Given the timing, I expect the house may be sold before I can complete the necessary steps. I informed Sue that Ill be moving forward with my original agent, but if things dont work out, I will definitely return to her.
