What clients say about this agent....
Christopher Carbone deserves the credit for what it is advertised. He's an effective worker who really is all about his clients. I couldn't sell my house for two years and he found a buyer and sold it in 2 weeks. He stays on top of everything from paperwork to people to make sure he delivers his assignment. I would recommend Chris to anyone. Not only does he do great work but even when something doesn't go smooth he stays honest & finds other options to satisfy the client.
Chris has been great! Has helped us with every phase of this process and has pointed us in the right directions when we needed help! Made some great and insightful suggestions on some difficult decisions.
Chris Carbone handled the listing and sale of our house with extremely professional detail. He was instrumental in providing advice prior to listing the house, such as how and where to reduce clutter. He took very professional photographs and posted them where they would have the most exposure, such as the Internet, magazines, flyers, newspapers, and home sale brochures. He walked us through every step, answered every question immediately, and was very informative about the current market trends and pricing. Chris knows real estate.
The realtors logo on your for sale sign wont sell your house, as we discovered when we took our house off the market after two unsuccessful years. When we decided to go back on the market, we were looking, above all, for a realistic realtor and interviewed three. I told the first two, sequentially, that wed probably be calling, and I meant it until we interviewed Chris Carbone. There are some savvy realtors out there, but there was something about Chris that said hed get the job done. Chris was firmly realistic about pricing, educated us about the increasingly important role banks play in their appraisals, discussed the timing and effect of a change in mortgage rates, explained that a positive for us was that we were aEURoetax friendly,aEUR? showed us in black and white the comps that led to his recommended pricing, discussed the pros and cons of what our house had to offer, but he was none too optimistic about the market for our house. He suggested no open houses, no tea parties for realtors, no staging, no re-painting or other cosmetics. He just asked us to define spaces with what we had and keep the house sparkling and then he got busy trying to find, as he put it in his characteristically realistic way, aEURoethat one buyer out there.aEUR?Which he did, and in less than six months! Chris is very pleasant to work with as he searches for that one buyer, even if once or twice his office called to see if I could show in two hours. I knew they were thinking what I was thinkingaEUR"that one buyeraEUR"so I was ready in two hours. He always sent feedback quickly. He always answered my calls or called back within hours. When I had questions and wrote long emails, hed answer them and with humor. We had a very efficient texting correspondence which allowed fast responses to questions. Also his staff is great to work with. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, very courteous, and helpful. When we signed the contract, I suggested to Chris that from then on it would be smooth sailing, and he just laughed. There was no smooth sailing in our case, and Chris was there on site when the buyer was there to represent my interests. He was there at the walk-through, and he was there at the closing, and in every case, watching my interests. It was at the end of this process of selling the house that I discovered how kind and thoughtful Chris is. Our instincts were totally right when we decided to work with Chris. He is extremely well-informed, realistic, hard-working, savvy, well-connected, and he gets the job done. He is also very pleasant to work with. He has a wonderful sense of humor. He is responsive, sensitive to what clients go through and is a deeply kind man. He really cant be beat.
Chris Carbone is an excellent broker who lives up to his reputation of being a top producing agent in the Hudson Valley! Chris and his team set out an aggressive plan to market our house, securing multiple offers within 4-days of our listing! Chris was always available (day or night) to answer questions. His advice was knowledgeable and insightful. I would highly recommend Chris Carbone to anyone who wants to hire an agent with passion and integrity.
Having been through trying to sell our home for over two years with two different brokers, we finally found the perfect agent in Chris. With his knowledgable expertise he was able to sell our home in less than two weeks. He is a very professional agent who came highly recommended to us from numerous people. He also found our house of our dreams and made the process of selling and buying at the same time as painless as possible. He really knows how to advertise and get potential buyers in quickly. We highly recommend Chris!
