I grew up in the Black Hills. I was a school teacher for 20 years before moving on to a 2nd career of real estate agent/realtor. I am a local agent working for one of the largest real estate companies in South Dakota...owned & operated by South Dakotans. I've live most of my life in the Black Hills and know them well. While I live in the Lead/Deadwood area, I work the entire Black Hills from Hot Springs/Custer area to Belle Fourche up north...from the SD/Wyoming border to outside Rapid City. I help buyers & sellers of residential properties to land to commercial and multi-family properties. I would love to help you in your real estate needs.

Christle was great and a pleasure to work with. She definitely let us work at our own pace and didnt push, but we werent pushing or wanting speed either. It was somewhere around 16 months between first starting to talk to and work with Christle to buying our new property with her as our agent. She kept in touch just the right amount for us and didnt bombard us with properties that were outside the parameters of what we were looking for.
