We have seen a big difference using an independent realtor. Christine has a wealth of experience in new construction and has been able to help guide us through the process. Since she is independent she showed us a variety of neighborhoods and builders. This provided us with more options. We feel that because Christine is our agent and independent of the builder she is looking out for our best interests and has stepped in to make sure we are being treated fairly. She knows what the new construction process is and the norms which has been incredibly valuable for dealing with the builder. When we encountered problems Christine helped us work with the builder to find a solution and used her contacts in the construction industry to provide us with additional guidance and options. We are so grateful to have Christine in this process. Even though we have done this before, we have bought 1 new construction home and this is our 4th home purchase overall, having her has made it much easier and less stressful.

Once Christine listed the property, she sold it in just a few months!!
