We solicited realtors to represent us months before our house actually went on the market. We found Christine and her associates online and were impressed with her enthusiasm. From the time we first contacted her until the property went on the market, Christine maintained contact keeping me abreast of how the market was playing out in my area, the current estimated value of my property and asking if there was anything else they could do to help us along. She did this in a friendly manner never applying any pressure to get it on the market. When we did eventually put it on the market, she was right there and accommodated our requests in marketing the property. She was knowledgeable about our immediate market. She was aggressive in her initial asking price. Her marketing skill and execution was very professional. Long story short, it went on the market on Friday, was viewed 20+ times, received 3 positive bids and was sold by the following Tuesday.
