Nicole represented us as we bought our vacation home in Truckee and we couldn't recommend her more! She is very knowledgeable about the area and about what it takes to have a successful vacation home and future rental property. She helped us understand the local laws, safety measures we needed to implement in the winter, and also helped us set up a contractor to improve the staircase before we moved in - and she even paid for it for us as a closing gift!
