She is very knowledgeable about the area and about what it takes to have a successful vacation home and future rental property. She helped us understand the local laws, safety measures we needed to implement in the winter, and also helped us set up a contractor to improve the staircase before we moved in - and she even paid for it for us as a closing gift!
