We had the wrong agent to start with, home was shown maybe 4 times in 7 months. When we decided we had to something else, we interviewed a few agents. After meeting Christine, we knew even though we had another interview set up, that she was the one. Her professionalism and her knowledge of the home selling/buying industry was on point and after hearing the marketing plan for our home, we had to sign with her. The home took off in showings and before we knew it, we were under contract and within 2 weeks, closed and SOLD! I can not stress how much we appreciate the constant contact and personalized attention we were given. If anyone needs to buy or sell in today's market, I would not recommend anyone else. She pays attention and treats you with the utmost respect. Christine Moody gave us one of the final steps to attaining our Dream, in fact we will be listing another home with her soon!

I worked with Mina Little and she was an immense help to me during the buying process. I had a bunch of requirements for what I wanted in a home and she was very patient with a ?can do? attitude. Amber Matos also made the closing process as seamless as possible. I especially want to thank Mina for her help in getting rid of furniture I didn?t want anymore. She, her son, and his friend brought two trucks and delivered the unwanted furniture to charity. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. We worked with the Jim Wells Sells team to buy our new home and, after having such a fantastic experience, we then used this company to sell our previous one!We met several agents through Zillow when we asked to see properties. In each case, the agent showed us the house we inquired about, but we didnt click with them and didnt call them again.It was different when we met Emerson Jackson from the Jim Wells Sells team. We felt comfortable with him the minute we connected. Emersons effervescent personality draws people to him like the proverbial bees to honey. He was super quick to respond either by text or phone to all of our questions and requests for showings. We always laughed with him and knew he had our best interests in mind.We were exceedingly blessed to work with Emerson and company owner Jim Wells when submitting offers and negotiating for 2 houses. We were impressed with Jims deep knowledge of real estate law and negotiation tactics. For instance, he said that his team always notes Special Stipulations on the contract like home warranties and termite bonds that other agents neglect to request. This point was proven to us when his office sold our previous house!Contract Coordinator Amber Matos is another member of Jims team who deserves high praise. Im not sure when she sleeps or goes on vacation because she was astonishingly fast and efficient in responding to us and the agents for the other parties in all our transactions.We loved the fact that the Jim Wells team utilizes technology to the fullest extent! We had video chats to review all the contracts, and we signed everything electronically. In selling our previous home, we felt the Jim Wells team continued to go above and beyond for us. They had the property professionally photographed. Emerson held a couple of open houses. They also gave us access to an app so that we could be alerted about home showings. We could even tell when someone went in the house, which was a helpful feature since we didnt live there. When we were 4 days away from the scheduled closing date, Emerson still showed the house to an interested buyer. We think a lot of agents would have refused a showing request at that late date, assuming that the closing would happen. We appreciated his tremendous level of commitment to selling our home!I rarely leave reviews on-line, but the Jim Wells Sells team deserves every accolade!
