At a very busy season for my work (who at the time were very low on staff), Steve stayed in contact with my wife and showed her various houses in areas we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable on the subject matter, and extremely efficient with negotiations and writing up the appropriate agreements with the then owner of our now home. This includes stopping by a local coffee shop to rewrite a document after a phone call discussing money on closing costs being exchange for work we would do on the house ourselves (all rewritten and e-mailed and signed within the hour). With his lenders, we only really heard good news (and at a pace we, admittedly weren't expecting to be so quick). His lenders set our minds at ease by explaining where all the closing cost and mortgage money would go, how much money we'd want to put down, and the different types of loans and their pros and cons. We were first time home buyers, and thusly full of all sorts of questions, as well as maybe quick to jump on less ideal houses. Mr Poe helped my wife find the right home and neighborhood, and stayed in consistent contact with both of us every step of the way. He and his people knew what they were doing, did it at an extremely efficient place, and were very courteous and down to Earth in our exchanges. Definitely recommend their services.
