My youngest daughter just started her second year at UNLV, and my oldest daughter just graduated from UCCS and will be obtaining her Real Estate license this year.

When we finally made the decision to sell our home and "down size" we contacted and interviewed four agents. After speaking to Christine Librach we immediately knew she was the one for us. She is very professional but very easy to talk to - she listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions needed to get our home ready to sell.She listed our home for a fair market price and the house sell went thru beautifully. She was always available to us when we had questions and we had many...she always made us feel like we were very important clients and was there for us before and after the sale. Kudos to Christine Librach & Team, El Dorado Hills RealtyOur home was listed previously with few offers. Christine caught a game changing error in the prior listing agreement, stepped in, the results where phenomenal. The traffic, both agents & buyers soared. It stayed that way the entire time.Chris and her team held open house almost every weekend. Ok with us, we no longer lived there. Problems? We had a few with the home but her team was on it immediately. She made certain the transaction was not stressful.Christine, honest and tactful, advised what was necessary to make the home more marketable. We suggested a price drop at one time. I never received any follow up. All contact was rendered by myself only:I called multiple times, was referred to others who were equally as noncommittal. I think in today's world if you are not a million dollar, potential client, there is not much interest from most agents. I had been living in Austria for the past 12 years and returned to America without credit experience in US for those aforementioned years.
