Chrissy made our first time home buying experience better than we could have hoped for! She was happy to show us as many houses as we wanted to see while we figured out exactly what we were looking for. When she was out of town she even arranged for a coworker to show us a house (the same day it was listed) in her absence. Her communication skills are second to none; she responded almost immediately to all correspondence between us, attorneys, sellers agents, etc. and kept checking in regularly along the way. After we found the right house Chrissy helped us put an offer together with a 24-hour contingency (once again, on the same day the house was listed!) This aggressive tactic worked and our offer was accepted! Chrissy was there to guide us the whole way through the process, keeping us informed of upcoming deadlines (through a Google timeline, super easy!), referring home inspectors/lenders/attorneys, etc. Closing was super easy thanks to the concrete contract that she had written for us, which resulted in last minute seller concessions to remove a bunch of personal property and rubbish that had been left in the house.
